The authorities of Novosibirsk recommended that educational institutions replicate advertisements for contract service. School graduates are promised “high social status” at campaigns.
The Department of General and Additional Education of the Novosibirsk City Hall sent “recommendations” to controlled municipal institutions to place “campaign materials on entering military service under a contract” on their websites and social networks. A copy of the appeal, signed by the head of the department, Valeria Sutyagina, was at the disposal of Taiga.info.

The Municipal Gymnasium No. 6 “Gornostai” has already placed an advertisement for military service under a contract on its page on VKontakte. But after Taiga.info was published, the post was deleted. Ermine is headed by ex-deputy of the City Council from United Russia Irina Putintseva.
The materials “recommended” to be sent out by officials contain eight banners of the same type of different sizes. They promise schoolchildren “high social status”, “high level of monetary allowance”, as well as “social guarantees and benefits”. All of them are labeled 18+.

The department that sends out the letters is part of the education department of the mayor’s office, headed by Ramil Akhmetgareev. Moreover, the document contains a reference to the fact that it was prepared “in accordance with a letter from the deputy mayor,” whose name was not named. But it is known that the vice-mayor in charge of education is Valery Schwarzkopp (United Russia).
