This morning, the police partially closed Grigor Lusavorc Street for Minister of Internal Affairs Vahe Ghazaryan to go to work in a motorcade, creating an emergency situation.
As a result of these actions of the police, the drivers avoiding the accident began to rearrange themselves in a chain to the left, which created a dead end for the driver traveling in the leftmost row, who crashed.
I hope that the police will not try to cover up the fact that the Minister of Internal Affairs was accompanying the motorcade that caused this accident.
