Vladimir Putin on Tuesday, he will be declared president for the fifth time of Russia. As it says Sky News, today’s ceremony will bring him another six years at the top. By the end of his term, only Catherine the Great, who ruled Russia in the 18th century, will remain ahead of Putin.

Reuters reports that the USA and most European Union countries will boycott the ceremony in the Kremlin. However, France and some other EU countries will send an envoy, despite Ukraine’s plea not to. In addition to France, Slovakia and Hungary should send their envoys.
