Laszko denied reports from some media about the detection of a case of cholera in the country, but warned that the risk of this and other diseases exists.

“Many sewage facilities, places of animal burials, septic tanks have been flooded. And if polluted water ends up in the water mains, this can lead to an outbreak of acute gastrointestinal infections, including cholera– warned Laszko. He called for compliance with precautionary measures and anti-epidemic standards.
