Cabbage is a vegetable that you can use in different combinations.
ingredients
1 medium-sized cabbage
2 tablespoons of oil
2 tablespoons hot mustard
salt
pepper
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
4 crushed garlic cloves
3 tablespoons of lemon juice
Method of preparation
Remove the first two leaves of the cabbage and cut it into three round, thick slices.
Separately, mix the oil with mustard, garlic, hot pepper flakes, salt and pepper to taste. Homogenize, and at the end add the lemon juice.
Place the cabbage slices on a tray lined with baking paper, brush them with the spice mixture and place the tray in the hot oven until the cabbage turns golden and softens. You can serve it plain or as a side dish for steak.
