No one can avoid wrinkles. According to dermatologists, the first cracks on the skin appear around the age of 25. And as time goes by, they only deepen and more are added. “You can’t stop time. You have to accept it,” experts say, but most women still try to cheat time. Whether with make-up, expensive creams, botox or special smoothing peels, after which the skin is soft and smooth like a mirror. But all these pastimes cost something and in the end they are not self-saving either. They only guarantee a youthful appearance for a moment and then everything is back to the old way. Literally.

Wrinkles are related to a lack of a substance called collagen. Thanks to it, the skin is fresh, flexible and fluffy in its youth. As we age, the body produces less and less collagen. The skin thus lacks its famous elasticity and becomes more prone to drying out and cracking. And the result?

Those are the wrinkles. Experts distinguish between different types of wrinkles, but the most common types include fan-shaped wrinkles around the eyes, where the skin is thinnest and therefore most vulnerable. Nasoline wrinkles around the mouth (the so-called bracket mouth) and furrows between the eyebrows are also a problem. They mainly trouble women who, thanks to this ornament, look older, more worn out and stricter. Is this your case?

A stricter look

Wrinkles between the eyebrows are a topic that millions of women around the world deal with. They are deep, distinctive and unmistakable. How to finally get rid of these skin cuts? According to Southern European women, facial gymnastics combined with a small massage is suitable. Here are some tips you should try. First exercise: Put your palms in the middle of your forehead and slightly turn the skin to the side. Then practice with your eyebrows by pulling them together and then moving them away. Repeat the exercise for a full 20 minutes.

Another way to avoid more pronounced lines of time on the forehead is another massage. Here you can treat yourself. How to do it: Place your palms in the center of your forehead and squeeze the skin with your fingers as if you were about to pinch yourself. Try to last a full minute. This refreshing ritual will help blood flow to the skin and at the same time improve its immunity.

After this intensive treatment, treat yourself to a little relaxation in the form of skin stretching. Bend your index fingers and place them in the center of your forehead. Then use your knuckles to gently pull the leather outwards to stretch it nicely. Half a minute for this stretch should be enough.

Stimulation of the root of the nose

Finger exercise awaits you again. Place your index fingers on the bridge of your nose (that is, between your eyebrows) and rub them together as if you were begging for something. After half a minute, just change direction. While the first rubbing of the index fingers was vertical, now try it horizontally. Finally, loosen the skin by lightly tapping the bellies of your fingers. If you practice these facial exercises regularly, you should avoid wrinkles in this area.
