A truck and a car have collided on national highway 95 northwest of Skellefteå, the police say.
Two people are involved in the accident. One of them has been taken to hospital by ambulance.
– The person is seriously injured. The other person should be unharmed, says Andreas Norberg, healthcare manager at the ambulance in Skellefteå, to SVT Nyheter Västerbotten.
It is about a head-on collision, writes Norran.
Both the truck and the car have been recovered from the scene of the accident.
– The rescue service stayed for a while to deal with a diesel leak from the truck that occurred in connection with the accident, says Anders Svahn, commanding officer at the rescue service, to the newspaper.
