A 15-year-old child from Bihor and his friend of the same age arrived at the hospital after causing a road accident on a road in Bihor. The teenager lost control over the direction of travel, when he was overtaken by another driver. Following the accident, the police opened a criminal case, writes eBihoreanul.ro.
The accident took place on the night of Friday to Saturday, around 03:30, in the area of Peștere, in Bihor county.
“A 15-year-old young man, from AuÈ™eu commune, Bihor county, while driving a car, without holding a driving license for any category of vehicle, in circumstances that to be determined from the research, at the time when he was legally overtaken by a car, driven by a 22-year-old man from Tinăƒud, Bihor county, he would have lost control over the direction, he would have entered into a side collision with the car, and then he would have left the road, on the right side of his direction of travel”, it is shown in a press release sent on Monday by IPJ Bihor.
Following the road accident, both the 15-year-old driver and his friend, a passenger in the car, suffered injuries and were transported to the hospital.
The police have opened a criminal case for the driving of a vehicle on public roads by a person who does not have a driver’s license and bodily injury due to negligence.
