A real hurricane broke out in Tatarstan. Even the roof of the post office was blown off.

An unpredictable natural disaster began in various regions of the republic: a hurricane and hail the size of a chicken egg. In some places, trees were knocked down, fences and billboards were destroyed, and cars were damaged. One of the vehicles belonging to Russian Post in one of the villages was littered with debris from the roof of the post office. The head of the republic called on residents to stay in their homes. At the moment, the hurricane with hail is moving towards Kazan.

“In such weather it is safer to be indoors,” emphasized the head of the republic, Rustam Minnikhanov. Local telegram channels report that the storm brought destruction to roofs, knocked down trees, and some cars were crushed.

Hail, comparable in size to tennis balls, hit the Tatar city of Zelenodolsk. And in Buinsk, hurricane winds blew away roofs, tore down trees, and destroyed fences and billboards. According to preliminary data, about ten cars were damaged. At the moment there is no information about casualties.
