Patients treated on site will no longer be reimbursed by Social Security.

Health Insurance announced this Tuesday that it would deregulate ten dental centers in the Nobel Santé + network. The latter are accused of fraudulent practices such as “fictitious, multiple or inconsistent billings“. And “non-compliance with good practice standards or support conditions provided for in the nomenclature of technical acts (CCAM)“just like one”decay of healthy teeth” are also singled out by Health Insurance in a press release.

Two of these centers are in the Rhône; the first is located in the 8th arrondissement of Lyon, the second in Vénissieux. The damage from the fraud of the Rhone establishments amounts to more than 310,000 euros (183,000 euros for that of Lyon and 132,000 euros for that of Vénissieux). It is 2.9 million euros for the ten Nobel santé + dental centers targeted by Health Insurance complaints.

The deregulation will begin on May 13, meaning the end of reimbursement of care for patients by Social Security for a period of one year.
