American singer, actor, director and producer Frank Sinatra is preparing to come to life with the signature of Martin Scorsese.
It is said that backstage, Scorsese wanted to see Leonardo DiCaprio as Sinatra and Jennifer Lawrence as Sinatra’s wife, Ava Gardner, but Sinatra’s daughter was against this.
Nancy Sinatra shared a post on her social media account saying “I’m sorry Leo and JLaw, you will never be them” along with a photo of her father and his wife Ava Gardner, which was interpreted as the issue reigniting.
Scorsese had previously considered making a biopic of Sinatra in 2014, but was blocked by his heirs.
