Air traffic controllers debated what would happen in the first commercial attempt to land on Months happened. More than six hours after the module went silent, ispace finally confirmed what everyone expected. According to her, there is a “high probability” that the module shattered on the surface of the moon.
It’s a big disappointment for ispace after a four-and-a-half-month mission where it was within reach of what only three countries had previously accomplished.
In the past, the United States, Russia and China managed to successfully land space equipment on the moon as part of official government programs.
