During a walk, I saw around 30 3–4-year-olds in the preschool, playing on a patio. Everyone was busy talking to each other. There you can really talk about integration. They get the language and social education in return.
Before compulsory preschool from the age of 4, at least half-time! Then we will get better toning within 10–15 years.
Ok, it takes time. “We†missed the train earlier, but that’s why it’s important to start now. (Not in a few years.)
Of course it will costs, but it costs a lot more to then deal with criminal teenagers plus all the suffering. Apart from more police officers and higher penalties, which are certainly necessary in the short term, my proposal undoubtedly helps in the long run.
