The Russian military complains that the Ukrainian Armed Forces carried out a large-scale operation on the night of April 20, attacking eight regions of the Russian Federation including Belgorod, Bryansk, Kursk, Tula, Smolensk, Ryazan, Kaluga and Moscow regions.
