ST. LOUIS — Police are investigating a shooting in the 3500 block of Lafayette Avenue. A man was shot outside. His condition has not yet been shared by police.
This portion of Lafayette Avenue runs parallel to I-44 across from Compton Hill Resavoir Park. Saint Louis University students and parents were alerted to the shooting, presumably because it is near campus.
