“Gefragt – Gejagt” is one of the most popular quiz shows on German television, and “Jäger” is particularly popular. For years, Klaus Otto Nagorsnik, who appeared on the show as a “librarian” from 2014, was one of them. Now the quiz expert has died unexpectedly at the age of 68.

The cause of death is not known, the sad news comes as a surprise. Many companions have already spoken out and are mourning the loss of Klaus Otto Nagorsnik.

ARD quiz experts get emotional

Sebastian Klussmann and Sebastian Jacoby are also among the “hunters” in “Gefragt – Gejagt”. The two say an emotional farewell to their TV colleague on social media.

“Little soul, wandering, tender, guest and companion of the body, where will you disappear now? Come back, big one! Your chair is empty! We miss you!”, writes Jacoby on his Instagram channel. He also shares a photo of himself and Klaus Otto Nagorsnik together.

Sebastian Klussmann, on the other hand, shares a personal memory. He writes in his Instagram post: “‘Come on, let’s take a picture.’ ‘Oh, Klussi, okay again?’ And then he liked the picture and laughed heartily about it.”

Klussmann also looks back on 2013, when he was asked whether Klaus Otto Nagorsnik could imagine becoming a “hunter”. Nargosnik didn’t even own a television, but he still integrated himself into the TV world in front of the camera.

Finally, Klussmann strikes a similar note to Jacoby and appears deeply shocked: “Unbelievable. I’ll miss you so much.”

“Asked – Hunted” starts as planned

On ARD’s 6 p.m. time slot, “Asked – Hunted” alternates with “Who knows something like that?” From May 13th, new episodes of the show moderated by Alexander Bommes will be launched – and Kai Pflaume is giving up his place for now.

There are currently no indications that the start date will change due to the death of Klaus Otto Nagorsnik. The episodes have already been recorded, so the “librarian” will still be seen in the coming season.

There was also a quote from Alexander Bommes in an ARD press release on the evening of April 24th. “With Klaus Otto Nagorsnik we are losing a role model of authenticity, education and joy of life. I admired him and really enjoyed playing and laughing with him. The hunt will continue for him too,” says the moderator.

The latest edition of “Stern TV” begins in a chaotic and animalistic way, with presenter Steffen Hallaschka sitting in a small chicken coop set up in the studio. A little chicken immediately becomes independent and climbs around wildly, the presenter tries to slow down the little “circus chicken” and quickly switches to advertising.
