A man born in 1970 applied to the MREO of the Molodechno region with a request to replace his driver’s license. He presented the necessary documents, among which was a medical certificate. “At visual inspection there were doubts”, – so they write in the reports. In fact, the driver decided that the traffic police would give a school reception to correct grades.

The certificate was confiscated and sent to the State Committee for Forensic Expertise for a forensic technical examination of documents. Installed there: “Changes were made in the column“ Date of issue of the certificate ”- adding (drawing) strokes to the original number 3, followed by the formation of the now readable number 8.”

As the man explained, he independently corrected the year of issue of the certificate from 2013 to 2018. On this fact, a criminal case was opened in the UK. These actions can be regarded as forgery, production, use or sale of counterfeit documents, seals, stamps.
