A jar of honey in the country is a valuable product for evening tea parties in the summer.

But seasoned gardeners know that honey can make staying at home or in the summer kitchen more comfortable.

Midges

One of the troubles of country rest are insects: ants, flies, mosquitoes, midges. The latter are activated in the evening and do not leave a living place in the open areas of the arms and legs.

Therefore, summer residents make a simple trap for insects. To do this, honey and apple cider vinegar are combined in equal proportions, and then the mixture is poured into a small container. A piece of fruit is placed in it.

The container is covered with cling film on top and small holes are made. Flies willingly lead to such a treat. But, touching the liquid, they will not be able to get out of captivity.

Pollinators

An empty honey jar will do to attract bees. Hot water is poured into the container, which will dissolve the product residues on the walls. Plants that need pollination are watered with a sweet liquid from a watering can.
