When asked how he would approach this situation differently, Kumamoto proposed training a new team of social witnesses to supervise municipal tenders, opening 30% of the Comptroller’s positions to public competitions, presenting semi-annual transparency reports and creating a digital platform for municipal procedures. top level in the country.
