The Secretary of Energy (SEN) published on Friday the new fuel price structure that will come into effect at 6:00 a.m. on Monday April 22, 2024 in Honduras.

In San Pedro Sula, The gallon of superior gasoline will decrease by L0.23 and its new price will be 110.27 lempiras. A gallon of regular will increase 0.14 cents and cost L95.07 at service stations.
Kerosene and diesel will have discounts of L0.27 and 0.53, so Sampedrans will pay L83.06 and 90.04 lempiras per gallon, respectively.
The domestic LPG cylinder will maintain the price of L216.99 (subsidized by the government) and vehicular LPG will rise 0.03 cents; It will be quoted at 43.23 lempiras.
In the capital Tegucigalpa, Superior gasoline will register a drop of 0.27 cents, so the gallon will be worth 113.26 lempiras. The regular will increase L0.13 for a new price of 98.04 lempiras per gallon.
Residents of the capital will pay 0.31 and 0.62 lempira cents less for a gallon of kerosene and diesel, which will now cost L86.20 and L93.22 per gallon, respectively.
Domestic LPG remains at 238.13 lempiras (subsidized), while vehicular LPG will cost L46.76, an increase of 0.03 cents.
