The EU economy is becoming less and less competitive. Szydło: It is this “climate fight” that is taking away companies and jobs

World news

The European Commission and the current majority in the European Parliament are ready to destroy Europe in the name of their crazy visions, said Beata Szydło, an MEP from Law and Justice, on social media. The former prime minister referred to the ongoing European Council summit. In her opinion, European leaders know perfectly well that it is the European Union’s policy that causes the competitiveness of the European economy to decline. But they have no intention of admitting it.

The European Council summit was held in Brussels. PiS MEP Beata Szydło commented on the meetings of the leaders of EU countries.

The topic of debate among European leaders in Brussels is the rapidly declining competitiveness of the European economy. They suddenly discovered that things are very bad – but they don’t want to admit why. Meanwhile, it is well known what is the source of the problem. It is the Green Deal that is slowly – but increasingly faster – slaughtering European industry and agriculture.

– the former prime minister wrote on the x.com platform.

The politician recalled media reports about layoffs planned by companies. Enterprises in 12 voivodeships are considering getting rid of 8,000 employees. – This information caused quite a stir – and no wonder. After years of stabilization and development Poland suddenly found itself in a situation that Poles have not remembered for years – a situation where economic security is disappearing – commented Szydło.

Current events are particularly disturbing when we look at them in the context of Europe and the entire world. There is no global recession now, despite many global turmoil. However, the European Union is getting closer to recession and is sinking into the absurdities of the Green Deal.

– she said.

She pointed out that the climate policy pushed by the European Union “artificially increases energy prices, depriving European industrial production of competitiveness.” – The provisions of the Green Deal also destroy the foundations of European agriculture. Companies – both European and global corporations – are starting to flee their production outside the EU. The effect of the “climate fight” is not to reduce emissions, but to take them outside the EU – along with money and jobs. – she added.

The European Commission and the current majority in the European Parliament are ready to destroy Europe in the name of their crazy visions. Stopping the Green Deal depends on the outcome of the next European elections

– emphasized the PiS politician.
