Ingredients for four people

  • 320 g of short pasta such as fusilli
  • a clove of garlic
  • 500 g of cauliflower
  • 8 anchovy fillets in oil
  • a spoonful of raisins
  • a spoonful of pine nuts
  • a sachet of saffron
  • 4 tablespoons crumbled breadcrumbs
  • 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • grated Parmesan cheese to taste

Preparation
