The new owner is offered to pay more than 40 million hryvnia for a house built almost 350 years ago in the middle of the forest. The Internet suggests that a zombie invasion may begin from there.

In England, for the first time in 200 years, a “creepy” cottage with abandoned toys is on sale. Details were shared on April 26 in the Mirror.

The building was erected in the 1600s and is located in the center of Worcestershire. When his photo was published online, users criticized the housing as creepy and disturbing.

A dilapidated three-bedroom house in Kidderminster is up for sale for £825,000 (more than 40 million hryvnia at the current exchange rate). It was rated online as “sinister” due to its squalid rooms and eerie remnants of a past life.

The cottage stands alone on a plot of land measuring 17 acres (over 6.8 hectares). The grounds also include a stone barn dating back to 1675. The abandoned housing has not been supplied with electricity for more than 70 years and requires a lot of effort from the new owner.

“This place is probably extremely scary at night,” the network noted.

Users joke that there is definitely a vampire living in the attic of this house, and that is where the zombie apocalypse would begin. People were also alarmed by the creepy toys left in what looked like a child’s room.

The stone cottage itself was built around 1675, but has more recent additions. It needs a complete renovation. Around the “creepy” house is an oak forest with two natural sources of water, pastures and fields.

Let us remind you that in France a castle was put up for sale for $452 million. In the past it belonged to the Rothschild family and the King of Morocco.

A glass “time capsule” buried almost a century ago was accidentally found in Scotland. Archive specialists have already opened it, finding various artifacts inside.
