The destroyed “bird” was used to support the operations of the Russian occupation army.

The Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense confirmed the destruction of a Russian Ka-32 helicopter at an airfield in Moscow.

According to the press service of the Main Intelligence Directorate, the multi-purpose enemy Ka-32 helicopter was destroyed on the night of April 26 at the Ostafyevo airfield of the Russian Ministry of Defense.

The airfield belongs to the Russian Defense Ministry and is operated jointly with the Gazpromavia enterprise, which is part of Gazprom OJSC.

“The destroyed piece of aviation equipment was used by the aggressor state in the interests of the Moscow aviation center, in particular, to support the operations of the Russian occupation army,” the Main Intelligence Directorate clarified.

In the video from the airfield, the destroyed helicopter is standing on the take-off pad. It is then seen to burn brightly.

As sources told UNIAN, the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine carried out an operation to destroy the Russian Ka-32 transport helicopter.

The helicopter was located on the territory of Ostafyevo International Airport (Novomoskovsky administrative district of Moscow), and they managed to burn it. It was noted that the Russians used it to meet the logistical needs of the occupying forces and evacuation operations.
