“Over the course of this conflict, the Department of Defense has reviewed and adjusted our presence in Ukraine in response to changes in the security situation. We are now considering the possibility of deploying several additional advisors to strengthen the Embassy’s Office of Defense Cooperation (ODC),” Ryder said.
