“We express our condolences to the family and loved ones. A tragedy occurred. On the way to the training center, the soldier suffered an epileptic attack,” the message says.
The TCC press service said that the escort officer provided first aid to the man and called an ambulance. However, medical workers did not have time, as a result of which the mobilized man died.
