Restrictions were lifted from the official bots of the Main Intelligence Directorate, the SBU and “eVorog”, with the help of which Ukrainians can transmit data about the occupiers to the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
Official Ukrainian bots in the Telegram messenger, helping in the fight against the aggression of the Russian Federation, have resumed work after a recent blocking. This was reported by the Center for Strategic Communications and Information Security SPRAVDI.
It is reported that restrictions have been lifted from the bots of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, the Security Service of Ukraine, as well as from the bot of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine “Vorog”.
The department also warned that Russians could create fake bots to spread disinformation and collect data. In order to protect their data, Ukrainians are advised to use an online tool to check chatbots.

Journalist Konstantin Ryzhenko said on April 28 that Telegram was deleting official bots that helped adjust fire on the enemy. According to him, the restrictions also affected similar Russian bots.
“Now the official “eWar bot” does not work. The SBU “Stop Russian War Bot” does not work. Our bot for coordinates in the south of Ukraine does not work. Our air defense bot for tracking suicide bombers does not work. There are also a bunch of other bots for coordination and interaction with residents of TOT (temporarily occupied territories – ed.) do not work,” Ryzhenko said.
