According to the adviser to the head of the OP, Mikhail Podolyak, we need to be more relaxed about the rotation of management personnel. People can be changed, they can go to other jobs.

All issues related to the appointment of ex-commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny to the post of Ambassador of Ukraine to the UK have been officially agreed upon. Advisor to the head of the OP Mykhailo Podolyak reported this in a commentary to Kiev24.

According to him, everything is already official, and taking office is a matter of a few weeks.

“Some logistical components still need to be resolved. I don’t see any politicization around Zaluzhny’s name at all and, in my opinion, we generally need to be calmer… Or rather, I understand that resignations and dismissals need to be discussed. But, it seems to me, we need to be calmer about rotation any management personnel,” explained Podolyak.

War is a significant crisis phenomenon, and not everyone can withstand the load, he clarified. It is necessary to strengthen certain components, people can be changed, they can go to other jobs – this is a normal process for any healthy society, he added.

Let us remind you that the other day information appeared that Valery Zaluzhny had returned from vacation and was now undergoing an internship at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. This was stated by Ukrainian diplomat Oleg Sharp.

It was also reported that the diplomat told what Zaluzhny would do in the UK. Former ambassador Vadim Prystaiko explained that the new ambassador will have to find new arguments to support Ukraine: now the allies are tired of the war.
