Hafiza Ghaya Erkan joined the board of directors of Fortune 500 company Marsh McLennan in March 2022 and served on the board of Tiffany & Co. from 2019 until its acquisition by LVMH in 2021. She also sits on the advisory board for the Department of Operations Research and Financial Engineering at Princeton University.

According to research by the San Francisco Business Times, she is identified as the only woman under 40 to hold the title of president or CEO of the 100 largest banks in America.

She serves on the board of directors of the New York City Partnership and is an active supporter of the National Alliance of Girls’ Schools. In addition, Hafiza Gay Erkan is the founder of the First Republic Fellowship Program, which leads young women from disadvantaged backgrounds through STEM education, mentoring, and professional development. She is also a member of the Young Presidents Organization, the Council on Foreign Relations, and the International Women’s Forum.
