“Combat readiness number one”: the Ukrainian Armed Forces are ready to “meet” the enemy in one more direction (video)

War in Ukraine news

Defender Evgeniy Ievlev said that the Russian forces gathered for the attack on Avdievka “no one withdrew anywhere.” According to him, the Russian Armed Forces “very seriously” intensified drone attacks, but did not begin assaults.

The Ukrainian military is on alert number one due to the risk of an offensive by the Russian Armed Forces in yet another direction. Armed Forces fighter Evgeniy “Sheikh” Ievlev shared the details on “Espreso” on February 28.

We are talking about the Gorlovka direction, in the area of which enemy forces are concentrated.

“There was a share of equipment and personnel that the enemy pulled up from our flank to Avdeevka. No one took them anywhere, so we constantly remain in combat readiness number one,” Ievlev said.

The military assumes that the gathered Russian forces will attack them. According to the defender, from the enemy’s side this will be “as logical as possible.”

“But today there is nothing except constant artillery strikes and very serious activation of enemy UAVs, namely kamikaze drones,” noted the Ukrainian Armed Forces fighter.

He emphasized that the Russian Armed Forces had not previously used so many drones in the Gorlovka direction.

“That is, the UAVs are activated, artillery and mortars are constantly being used, but the enemy is not carrying out any positional assaults in the Gorlovka direction,” Ievlev said.
