According to investigators, residential buildings and a kindergarten building were damaged as a result of Russian shelling in the village of Borovaya.

As a result of a strike by the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation on the village of Borovaya, Kharkov region, on March 27, a 12-year-old child was killed. The Kharkov regional prosecutor’s office reported this.

“On March 27, at about 9:20 pm, the Russian military fired at the village of Borovaya, Izyumsky district. A 12-year-old boy was killed,” the department reported.

According to the prosecutor’s office, residential buildings and a kindergarten were also damaged in Borovaya. The type of weapons used by the Russian Armed Forces to strike is being established.

It is reported that a pre-trial investigation has been launched under the procedural leadership of the Izyum District Prosecutor’s Office of the Kharkov Region into the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war, coupled with premeditated murder.

Let us remind you that on March 27, the Russian Armed Forces struck Kharkov twice: the first time at a secondary school, the second at a playground between five-story buildings. According to preliminary data, the shelling was carried out with modified UMPB D-30 ammunition.

According to the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Igor Klimenko, 19 people were injured as a result of the attack of the Russian Armed Forces on Kharkov. There are children among them, but one man could not be saved.

The Kharkov Regional Prosecutor’s Office also reported that 14 high-rise buildings were damaged as a result of shelling in Kharkov. In some houses, all the glass from the first to the top floors was broken. Some balconies are completely destroyed. Debris of building structures and Russian shells lie in the middle of the courtyard with a children’s playground.

President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky noted that the actions of the Russian occupiers against Kharkov look “especially vile” – first the Russian Armed Forces tried to leave more than a million people without electricity, and now they are also attacking the city with aerial bombs.
